Divergent by Veronica Roth

In Beatrice Prior's dystopian Chicago, society is divided into five factions, each dedicated to the cultivation of a particular virtueÂ-Candor (the honest), Abnegation (the selfless), Dauntless (the brave), Amity (the peaceful), and Erudite (the intelligent). On an appointed day of every year, all sixteen-year-olds must select the faction to which they will devote the rest of their lives. For Beatrice, the decision is between staying with her family and being who she really isÂ-she can't have both. So she makes a choice that surprises everyone, including herself.
During the highly competitive initiation that follows, Beatrice renames herself Tris and struggles to determine who her friends really areÂ-and where, exactly, a romance with a sometimes fascinating, sometimes infuriating boy fits into the life she's chosen. But Tris also has a secret, one she's kept hidden from everyone because she's been warned it can mean death. And as she discovers a growing conflict that threatens to unravel her seemingly perfect society, she also learns that her secret might help her save those she loves . . . or it might destroy her.
Debut author Veronica Roth bursts onto the literary scene with the first book in the Divergent seriesÂ-dystopian thrillers filled with electrifying decisions, heartbreaking betrayals, stunning consequences, and unexpected romance.

This Book is absolutely without a doubt one of the best reads for the Summer if you haven't bought it yet. you should. At first i thought this book was going to be boring, but i am also they type of person who doesn't just buy a book because i liked the cover. No in fact after reading a couple of pages i began to really like the story, and also the way Veronica tells the story through 16 year. old Beatrice(Tris) Prior, who has to choose which fraction she wants to be with for the rest of her life, with only two options and one of them being a choice that could potientally lead to her death she choose's Dauntless, A faction known for its Bravery. On her first day she meets a serective but fascinating 18 yr.old Four, who has taken a liking to her, as she is set to complete her initiation and become a full Dauntless member. she comes  to find out  that another faction has plotted revenge on her old faction, with the help of Four can she save Abnegation before its too late... Veronica Roth is an upcoming an author with two more books in the Divergent trilogy set to be released in 2012 and 2013, she also announced that the sequel to the next book has been titled  Insurgent.

The Passionate Review

Okay this is my first review on my one of my favorite series, and of course i choose Passion to do a Review on, I finished reading it on Sunday and All's I have to say is Brilliant this book was fantastic, one minute i was happy the second minute i was ready to fall apart it (yes it had that affect on me) although some of you probably won't agree with me and that's your opinion, but if you can switch from one history to another, then you are definitly my type of author and that is exactly what lauren did, which makes it more easy to find out about their past lives, there was also times where i would laugh at the quotes that pop up, i have one specific one that i love and it was said by (Cameron Briel) who is also my favorite character, i did have one complaint about the book (don't hold your breath it is not that bad) There was hardly any Cam in their, but that's okay cause i would really like it if lauren based a book solely on him. (wink, wink) Lauren Kate did an amazing job on this one making it my favorite book out of the three, Now that Passion has been Released i look forward counting down the days until the final book titled Rapture makes its debut in the Spring of 2012 until then fallen Fanatics and addicts who have fallen for luce and Daniel story, you know have something to keep you company until then enjoy one of the books of  Summer 2011...

Rating for this book is ***** stars

I don't know how to describe what happened tonight on the MtvMovieAwards but what i can say that is was one of the best Movie Award shows that i have watched in a long time, this definitly topped last year. The Host of the show held nothing back making fun of Selena Gomez's relationship with Justin Beiber. And How about the wonderful kiss that Robert Pattison and Taylor Lautner shared, Rob had really showed his comedic side and who can forget the Robert Pattison telling the Generation Award Recipient (Reese Witherspoon) You cut me out and 7 yrs. later i play your lover I didn't cut you out but i did F**k Ya! And for the Final Highlight of the night the Breaking Dawn Trailer, wasn't that just amazing to watch again after it was leaked by Summit Ent. earlier today, Now it just seems that November is too long away and I can't wait to see what Bill Condon has done with the last installments in the Twilight Saga
